The role

At Marlex Healthcare, we collaborate with one of the most prestigious private hospitals in the Balearic Islands, which is currently looking to recruit nursing professionals for the Hospitalization department in order to strengthen its team during the summer campaign in Mallorca.

What profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in Hospitalization units and/or healthcare services.
Experience in comprehensive care for hospitalized patients, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and follow-up on patient progress.
Knowledge of managing patients with acute and chronic conditions, developing care plans, and coordinating with the multidisciplinary team.
Experience in ICU, Emergency, Resuscitation, or critical care units will be valued.
We are looking for professionals with a passion for patient care, the ability to work as part of a team, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.
