The role

At Marlex Healthcare, we collaborate with one of the most prominent private hospitals in the Balearic Islands, which is currently seeking to recruit nurses for the Inpatient Unit with the aim of strengthening and consolidating its healthcare team.

What profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in inpatient units.
Experience in comprehensive care for hospitalized patients, including assessment and monitoring of patient status, administration of medication and treatments, monitoring and vital sign control, performance of nursing procedures, and unit-specific care.
Ability to provide care to patients with various medical and surgical conditions, ensuring safe, individualized assistance based on healthcare quality standards.
Previous experience in Inpatient Units, ICU, Recovery, or special care units will be valued.
Professionals with a healthcare vocation, patient-centered approach, autonomy, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
