Product Technical Engineer

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an industrial company that is a leader in the development of high-tech ventilation systems, which is currently looking to hire a Product Technical Specialist Engineer to strengthen the technical area and become the internal reference for its product range.

The selected candidate will combine technical knowledge with specialized training, providing support to both internal teams and clients and distributors.

• Preparing and delivering technical training on ventilation systems to the sales network, clients, and distributors.
• Training technical professionals and sector specialists, both in internal and external sessions.
• Providing technical support during the preparation, installation, and commissioning phases of products.
• Resolving technical inquiries related to products and current regulations.
• Gathering and conveying market feedback to contribute to the development of new products and regulatory adaptations.
• Analyzing systems, components, and processes with the aim of driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborating on the creation of technical documentation and commercial catalogs.
• Supporting the Technical Department in R&D&I projects.

• Knowledge in the following areas will be valued:
  • Electrical design with EPLAN.
  • 2D and 3D drawing design.
  • PLC programming.
  • Electrical connections and schematics.
  • Technical regulations applied to the industrial sector.

Reporting to the Technical Department, your main responsibilities will be:

• You hold a Higher Degree in Robotics and Automation, Electromechanics, or a Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• You have knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems.
• You have an advanced level of English, essential for delivering training and communicating in an international environment.

Des de Paul Marlex estem col·laborant amb una empresa industrial referent en el desenvolupament de sistemes de ventilació d'alta tecnologia, que actualment necessita incorporar un/a Enginyer/a Tècnic/a Especialista de Producte per reforçar l'àrea tècnica i convertir-se en el referent intern de la seva gamma de productes.

La persona seleccionada combinarà el coneixement tècnic amb la formació especialitzada, donant suport tant als equips interns com als clients i distribuïdors.

• Preparar i impartir formacions tècniques sobre sistemes de ventilació a la xarxa comercial, clients i distribuïdors.
• Formar professionals tècnics i especialistes del sector, tant en sessions internes com externes.
• Donar suport tècnic durant les fases de preparació, instal·lació i posada en marxa dels productes.
• Resoldre consultes tècniques relacionades amb els productes i la normativa vigent.
• Recollir i transmetre feedback del mercat per contribuir al desenvolupament de nous productes i adaptacions normatives.
• Analitzar sistemes, components i processos amb l'objectiu d'impulsar la millora contínua.
• Col·laborar en l'elaboració de documentació tècnica i catàlegs comercials.
• Donar suport al Departament Tècnic en projectes d'R+D+i.

• Incorporació estable en una empresa industrial consolidada i referent al seu sector.
• Participació en projectes d'alt valor tecnològic i innovació.

• Entorn internacional amb contacte directe amb clients i equips tècnics.

• Disponibilitat per viatjar puntualment (entre 2 i 4 dies al mes, principalment per Europa).
• Tens disponibilitat per viatjar de manera puntual, principalment per Europa.
• Es valoraran coneixements en:
  • Disseny elèctric amb EPLAN.
  • Disseny de plànols 2D i 3D.
  • Programació de PLC.
  • Connexionats i esquemes elèctrics.
  • Normativa tècnica aplicada al sector industrial.

En dependència del Departament Tècnic, les teves principals responsabilitats seran:

• Disposes d'un CFGS en Robòtica i Automatització, Electromecànica o d'una Enginyeria Elèctrica, Electrònica, Automàtica o similar.
• Tens coneixements en programació de PLC i sistemes d'automatització.
• Aportes un nivell d'anglès avançat, imprescindible per impartir formacions i comunicar-te en un entorn internacional.
