What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate the Production, Maintenance, and external industrial cleaning services areas.

• Ensure compliance with the production plan, guaranteeing the established productivity, quality, and service levels.

• Supervise and optimize production processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What do we need from you?

• Academic Background: Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or similar technical education.

• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of industrial operations management, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and management of production and maintenance indicators.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in positions of responsibility within industrial environments, preferably in the food or consumer goods sector.

• Skills: Team leadership, results orientation, analytical capacity, decision-making, planning, and organization.

• Other: Experience in the food industry, continuous production environments, and knowledge of food safety regulations and quality audits will be highly valued.
