Education

Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or technical architecture

Duties

Building maintenance management

Management of the execution of installations on construction sites

Energy management of installations: control of energy efficiency and performance of installations

Management of communication and monitoring systems for the tracking, control, and management of installations

Preparation of periodic follow-up reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)

Dealing with the Client or involved Entities

Requirements

Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
