What you'll do

  • Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction and process standardization under quality regulations.
  • KPI Management: Analyze and monitor KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Quality and Compliance: Conduct internal audits (ISO 9001) and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identify process deviations, map processes, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Methodologies: Implement Lean Manufacturing tools and statistical process control to enhance plant competitiveness.
