Support and Deployment Engineer

We are looking for two Support and Deployment Engineer profiles to join a team specialized in the support and operation of software solutions deployed in client environments.

Your main objective will be to guarantee the correct functioning of the software solutions deployed in different client environments, participating in the diagnosis and resolution of incidents and in deployment and validation tasks.

This is a position especially oriented towards troubleshooting and problem solving, where it will be important to know how to analyze an incident from start to finish, identify where the origin of the problem may lie, and coordinate with the corresponding teams to find a solution.

The selected individuals will have a technical and transversal role, participating in the analysis and resolution of incidents on production applications, performing deployments and validations, and collaborating closely with the development and integration teams.

Additionally, they will have direct contact with clients, so we are looking for people with good communication skills, a service orientation, and sufficient autonomy to investigate and resolve technical problems.

• Analyze and resolve incidents related to applications and software solutions deployed in production environments.
• Investigate problems reported by clients and determine their possible cause.
• Analyze logs, processes, services, and different application components to identify anomalies.
• Perform troubleshooting tasks in Linux environments.
• Execute and supervise deployments and updates of the solutions.
• Work with applications deployed in containerized environments, mainly Docker and Kubernetes.
• Review the status of pods, services, and deployed components and check the correct functioning of the applications.
• Execute tests and validations to reproduce incidents in controlled environments.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis processes.
• Collaborate with the development, integration, and platform teams in the resolution of complex incidents.
• Analyze and understand existing code when necessary to facilitate problem diagnosis.
• Use monitoring and incident management tools.
• Document incidents, analyses performed, applied solutions, and procedures.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of support and operation processes.
• Maintain fluid communication with clients during incident management and resolution.

3-5 years of professional experience in technical positions related to application support, deployments, integration, systems, DevOps, or similar environments.

We are looking for a person who is technically decisive, curious, and oriented toward finding solutions.

It is not necessary to be a specialist in all the technologies in the environment. The important thing is to have a good technical base and the ability to investigate problems autonomously.
