• University degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics or similar.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in responsible financial positions, preferably within industrial environments and multinational companies.
• Solid experience in accounting, controlling, financial closures, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in analyzing costs, margins, profitability, and deviations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP tools.
• Minimum English level FCE/B2, necessary to operate in an international environment.
• Analytical, rigorous, and organized profile, with an orientation toward results and continuous improvement.
• Ability for decision-making, solving complex problems, and communicating with Management.
• Leadership and influence capacity to drive improvements and changes within the organization.

• Complementary training in Management Control and/or Auditing, highly valued.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and OneStream as a reporting tool is highly valued.

🚀 At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a multinational industrial company located in Vallès, which is looking to hire a Finance Manager to lead the financial management of its operating company.

We are looking for a person with solid experience in finance and controlling within industrial environments, accustomed to working with month-end closures, reporting, budgets, results analysis, and financial control, who wants to take on a position of responsibility with a direct impact on the business.

🎯What will your mission be?

Your main mission will be to lead and guarantee the correct financial management of the company, ensuring a solid control environment and providing reliable financial information that facilitates business decision-making.

Reporting directly to the Global Finance Director, you will have a transversal view of the different areas of the organization, analyzing opportunities for improvement in margins, efficiency, utilization, and costs, and acting as a financial partner to the business to contribute to improving its profitability and performance.

🔎 Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead, plan, and manage the accounting and financial activities necessary for the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Manage the monthly closing process, ensuring the reliability of information and reporting results to the Finance and Corporate Directorates.
• Coordinate and lead the preparation of the annual budget, Business Plan, and financial forecasts.
• Analyze deviations against budget and forecasts, identifying their causes and proposing improvement actions.
• Analyze the company's operating and financial results to detect opportunities for improvement in profitability, margins, efficiency, and costs.
• Establish and maintain an adequate product costing system, performing analyses linked to pricing and profitability.
• Define and monitor financial and operating indicators that allow for the measurement of business performance.
• Prepare financial analyses that support negotiations, investments, and strategic decision-making related to the product and the business.
• Manage and optimize working capital, as well as processes and policies linked to credit and commercial operations.
• Guarantee compliance with the company's internal financial procedures, policies, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, working jointly with the Finance and Corporate Directorates.
• Coordinate with external auditors to prepare and complete the annual audit.
• Drive the continuous improvement of financial processes, identifying optimization and efficiency opportunities within the area.

• Preferably residing in the Vallès area.
