At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an industrial company looking to incorporate a Production Management and Planning Technician to reinforce the Operations area and contribute to the optimization of production processes.

What will be your mission in the company?

Your main mission will be to ensure the correct development of production, ensuring the planning, launch, and monitoring of manufacturing orders, as well as coordination with the different departments involved to guarantee compliance with deadlines and the optimization of production resources.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Carry out manufacturing launches and ensure the availability of the necessary information for production.
• Plan and optimize production sequencing to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
• Perform daily monitoring of manufacturing orders and control the progress of the different production stages.
• Analyze incidents, bottlenecks, and deviations in production processes, proposing corrective actions.
• Ensure consistency between physical stocks and those registered in the system.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Information Systems to ensure the correct functioning of processes.
• Supervise the correct registration of finished products and their entry into stock.
• Participate in the management of special orders, repairs, and subcontracting processes.
• Analyze production KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
• Collaborate in the definition and parameterization of production management rules within the ERP.
