PRODUCTION MANAGER IN ALICANTE!

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a strong industrial company located in Alicante in their search for a professional to join the team as a Production Manager.

You will be responsible for supervising daily factory operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards established by the company.

What you'll do

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
  • Ensure compliance with production targets in terms of quality, deadlines, and costs.
  • Implement and supervise workplace safety policies.
  • Optimize the use of resources and materials to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage and motivate the staff under your supervision.
  • Collaborate with other departments to solve operational problems and improve processes.
  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and other equipment.
  • Manage warehouse operations and stock control.
  • Coordinate the shipment of orders to clients.
