About the role

At Paul Marquez, we are looking for a Shift Manager to join our team on-site at the plant in San Vicente del Raspeig. This is an operational role requiring leadership skills to manage a team of between 20 and 50 people, oversee compliance with the production plan, and coordinate day-to-day activities on the production lines.

What you'll do

·Team management and leadership: Coordinate, supervise, and direct a team of 20 to 50 operators across rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

·Production plan compliance: Ensure the execution and optimization of the production schedule established for each shift.

·Line supervision: Monitor the proper functioning of production lines, especially in the dairy and meat plant.

·Resource management: Allocate and optimize the material and human resources needed for each shift.

·Quality and Safety: Ensure strict compliance with product quality standards and promote occupational health and safety regulations in the plant.
