Campsite Operations Manager

You are our ideal candidate if...

• You provide higher education in Tourism, Hospitality, Catering, Event Organization, and/or similar, such as training in service management, operations, and/or business.
• You have a minimum of five years of experience in a position of similar characteristics, and you can provide consolidated experience in customer service and performing front office tasks, in addition to being used to managing work teams in the catering, hospitality, and/or campsite sector.
• You master the English and French languages; providing mastery of the German language will be especially positively valued.
• You have availability and schedule flexibility, and you have no problem working on Saturdays, as both the sector and the position require it, but having two days of rest per week guaranteed (e.g., Sunday and Monday).
• You are a person with good communication, organizational, and leadership skills, resolute, flexible, with the capacity to detect and provide improvements, disciplined, committed, and you have ease in dealing with all types of interlocutors.

CAMPING OPERATIONS MANAGER (DAILY OPERATIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE)

With the objective of continuing to consolidate its position as a benchmark within the sector, the Group is looking for an OPERATIONS MANAGER for its campsite located in Alt Empordà who possesses direct experience in the daily management of a campsite, with a special focus on customer service.

Reporting directly to and depending on the Group Management, but working with autonomy in order to manage the daily operations of the campsite, the main tasks of the selected person will focus on:

• Coordinating and supervising the daily operation of the different areas of the campsite (reception, accommodation, cleaning, catering, and other services), especially during peak occupancy periods, detecting and resolving any operational incidents that may arise.
• Leading and coordinating the managers of the different areas, ensuring correct resource planning, accompanying and developing middle management, and ensuring a good working climate and a culture oriented towards service and the customer.
• Guaranteeing high standards of quality and service, monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement, as well as managing relevant incidents and/or complaints that may arise.
• Working in a coordinated manner with the Group Direction/Management, reporting operational results and main incidents, participating in the definition of improvement plans, conveying the reality of day-to-day operations, and contributing to the evolution and professionalization of business processes.
