🎯 Mission of the Role

Lead and drive the health and safety culture within the company, ensuring regulatory compliance, the integration of PRL across all production levels, and the continuous improvement of the PRL Management System across its facilities. Reporting to Management, you will be the key person responsible for consolidating a safe, efficient environment aligned with the highest industry standards.

What you'll do

📋 Main Duties

  • PRL System Management: Design, implement, maintain, and audit the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan (ISO 45001 and current regulations).
  • Preventive Culture and Integration: Foster a proactive safety culture by advising middle management and plant/site personnel.
  • Risk Assessment and RAMS: Prepare and update risk assessments, safety plans, preventive procedures, and technical work instructions.
  • Business Activity Coordination (CAE): Manage and supervise coordination of business activities with clients, contractors, and strategic suppliers.
  • Analysis and Indicators (KPIs): Lead the investigation of accidents and incidents, defining corrective action plans and managing accident rate KPIs.
  • Training and Development: Plan and deliver technical PRL training (industrial hygiene, confined spaces, working at height, etc.) and induction sessions for personnel.
  • Institutional Relations: Represent the company in external audits, labor inspections, and meetings of the Health and Safety Committee.

Education & certifications

Academic Background and Certifications:

  • University degree (Engineering, Chemistry/Environmental, or related technical field).
  • Advanced Technical Certificate in PRL (Official Master's) covering all 3 specialties (Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosociology).
  • ISO 45001 certification, NEBOSH certification, or Safety Coordinator training is valued.

Languages

  • B2/C1 level of English (experience with international clients or suppliers is valued).
