🎯 Mission of the Role

Lead and drive the health and safety culture within the company, ensuring regulatory compliance, the integration of PRL across all production levels, and the continuous improvement of the PRL Management System across its facilities. Reporting to Management, you will be the key person responsible for consolidating a safe, efficient environment aligned with the highest industry standards.

📋 Main Duties

• PRL System Management: Design, implement, maintain, and audit the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan (ISO 45001 and current regulations).
• Preventive Culture and Integration: Foster a proactive safety culture by advising middle management and plant/site personnel.
• Risk Assessment and RAMS: Prepare and update risk assessments, safety plans, preventive procedures, and technical work instructions.
• Business Activity Coordination (CAE): Manage and supervise coordination of business activities with clients, contractors, and strategic suppliers.
• Analysis and Indicators (KPIs): Lead the investigation of accidents and incidents, defining corrective action plans and managing accident rate KPIs.
• Training and Development: Plan and deliver technical PRL training (industrial hygiene, confined spaces, working at height, etc.) and induction sessions for personnel.
• Institutional Relations: Represent the company in external audits, labor inspections, and meetings of the Health and Safety Committee.

👤 Candidate Profile

Academic Background and Certifications:

• University degree (Engineering, Chemistry/Environmental, or related technical field).
• Advanced Technical Certificate in PRL (Official Master's) covering all 3 specialties (Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosociology).
• ISO 45001 certification, NEBOSH certification, or Safety Coordinator training is valued.

• B2/C1 level of English (experience with international clients or suppliers is valued).

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience managing PRL in industrial environments, manufacturing, metal transformation, or highly complex technical projects.
• Previous experience coordinating/managing technical teams or working within Prevention Services (in-house or shared).

• Leadership skills, assertive communication, negotiation ability, and strategic vision to integrate prevention into daily operations.

🎯 Misión del Puesto

Liderar e impulsar la cultura preventiva y de salud en la compañía, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo, la integración de la PRL en todos los niveles productivos y la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de PRL en sus instalaciones. Con reporte a Dirección, serás la persona referente para consolidar un entorno seguro, eficiente y alineado con los máximos estándares del sector.

📋 Funciones Principales

• Gestión del Sistema de PRL: Diseñar, implantar, mantener y auditar el Plan de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (ISO 45001 y normativa vigente).
• Cultura Preventiva e Integración: Fomentar una cultura proactiva de seguridad, asesorando a los mandos intermedios y personal de planta/obra.
• Evaluación de Riesgos y RAMS: Elaborar y actualizar evaluaciones de riesgos, planes de seguridad, procedimientos preventivos e instrucciones técnicas de trabajo.
• Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE): Gestionar y supervisar la CAE con clientes, contratistas y proveedores estratégicos.
• Análisis e Indicadores (KPIs): Dirigir la investigación de accidentes e incidentes, definiendo planes de acción correctora y gestionando los KPIs de siniestralidad.
• Formación y Capacitación: Planificar e impartir formación técnica en PRL (higiene industrial, espacios confinados, altura, etc.) e inducciones al personal.
• Relaciones Institucionales: Representar a la compañía en auditorías externas, inspecciones de trabajo y en las reuniones del Comité de Seguridad y Salud.

Formación Académica y Certificaciones:

• Titulación Universitaria (Ingeniería, Química/Ambiental o área técnica afín).
• Técnico Superior en PRL (Máster Oficial) con las 3 especialidades (Seguridad, Higiene Industrial, Ergonomía y Psicosociología).
• Valorable formación en ISO 45001, certificación NEBOSH o capacitación como Coordinador de Seguridad.

• Nivel B2/C1 de Inglés (valorables gestiones con clientes o proveedores internacionales).

Idiomas y Competencias:

• Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación asertiva, capacidad de negociación y visión estratégica para integrar la prevención en la operativa diaria.
