Systems Technician

Joining the Systems team of 3 people, located at our corporate office in Girona, and reporting directly to the Team Leader, the main tasks of the selected person will focus on:

· Administration and maintenance of computer systems (servers, networks, and user equipment).

· Monitoring system performance and resolving technical incidents.

· Technical support for users (helpdesk), both on-site and remotely.

· Installation, configuration, and updating of software and hardware.

· Management of backups and IT security policies.

· Participation in projects to implement new infrastructures and technological tools.

· Documentation of technical processes and IT procedures.

· Collaboration in the continuous improvement of the company's systems and technological services.

· You have knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux), networks, virtualization, and monitoring tools.

· You reside in the province of Girona or its surrounding areas.

· You are a proactive, resourceful person with analytical skills; you have good communication skills, you enjoy learning and working as part of a team, and you have a user service orientation.

· Previous experience in similar roles will be valued.

· Knowledge of cybersecurity will be valued.

· You have training in a Higher Degree in Systems Administration and Networks (ASIX), Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar fields.

Integrant-se a l'equip de Sistemes de 3 persones, ubicat a la nostra oficina corporativa de Girona, i depenent directament del/a Team Leader, les tasques principals de la persona seleccionada es centraran en:

· Administració i manteniment de sistemes informàtics (servidors, xarxes i equips d'usuari).

· Monitorització del rendiment dels sistemes i resolució d'incidències tècniques.

· Suport tècnic a usuaris (helpdesk), tant presencial com remot.

· Instal·lació, configuració i actualització de software i hardware.

· Gestió de còpies de seguretat i polítiques de seguretat IT.

· Participació en projectes d'implementació de noves infraestructures i eines tecnològiques.

· Documentació de processos tècnics i procediments IT.

· Col·laboració en la millora contínua dels sistemes i serveis tecnològics de l'empresa.

· Tens coneixements en sistemes operatius (Windows i/o Linux), xarxes, virtualització i eines de monitorització.

· Resideixes a la província de Girona o rodalies.

· Ets una persona proactiva, resolutiva i amb capacitat analítica; tens bones habilitats comunicatives, t'agrada aprendre i treballar en equip, i tens orientació al servei a l'usuari.

· Es valorarà experiència prèvia en rols similars.

· Es valorarà coneixement en ciberseguretat.

· Comptes amb formació en CFGS en Administració de Sistemes i Xarxes (ASIX), Enginyeria Informàtica, Enginyeria de Sistemes o similars.
