The role

At Marlex Healthcare, we collaborate with one of the leading private hospitals in the Balearic Islands, which is currently looking to recruit nurses for the Emergency and Hospitalization departments with the aim of strengthening its care team.

We offer you the opportunity to be part of a modern, dynamic healthcare environment focused on quality, within a leading hospital at the regional level, working alongside a consolidated multidisciplinary team.

What profile are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Minimum experience of 6 months in Hospitalization and/or Emergency.
Experience in comprehensive care for hospitalized patients, medication administration, monitoring, performing nursing techniques, and providing care specific to the unit.
In the case of Emergency, experience in patient assessment and triage, care for acute conditions, and response to emergency situations.
Experience in Hospitalization, Emergency, ICU, Resuscitation, or specialized care units will be valued.
Individuals with a care vocation, teamwork skills, organizational abilities, and a patient-centered approach.
