National and Export Administrator

Requirements:

· Previous experience in commercial administration, export, customer service, or similar departments.

· High level of English, especially for client management and international communications.

· Good command of office tools.

· Organized, communicative, and customer-oriented person.

· Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Dynamics will be valued.

We collaborate with a major company in the industrial sector dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of water pumps, located in Granollers, which needs to hire a person to expand its National and/or Export department.

About the role:

We are looking for a professional to join the commercial department, providing support in the management of national and/or international clients.

Main duties:

• Management and follow-up of national and/or international clients.
• Order management and follow-up of commercial operations.
• Preparation and management of commercial documentation.
• Customer service and resolution of client inquiries.
• Coordination with other departments to ensure the correct follow-up of orders.
• Follow-up of export operations, in case of managing the international market.
• Updating and managing information using Microsoft Dynamics.

· Schedule from Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 17:30 h, with one hour for lunch.

· Fridays from 08:00 to 14:00 h.
