About the role
At Marlex, we are collaborating with a company in the food sector that is looking for a Laboratory Analyst to join the Quality area under a temporary contract for maternity leave replacement.
What will your mission be in the company?
What you'll do
·Execute the analytical plans defined by the Technical Management.
·Perform laboratory analyses of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products.
·Participate in interlaboratory comparison circuits and carry out specific tests requested by Technical Management.
·Validate finished products and ingredients for their release.
·Record analytical results in the computer system (XAPTA), ensuring traceability and reliability.
·Prepare and manage technical documentation required by clients.
·Report any incidents detected during testing to the Technical Management supervisor.
·Keep the sample library updated.
·Comply with established procedures regarding food safety and quality (HACCP).
·Collaborate with the food safety and quality team and with other laboratory analysts.
What we're looking for
·Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory analysis setting.
·Education: Higher Level Training Cycle (FP) in Laboratory or similar.
·Knowledge of laboratory analysis and computer systems (XAPTA valued).
