The role
At Marlex, we are working with a leading company in its sector, which is looking to add a person to its Inside Sales Representative team, with responsibility for the management and development of international clients and distributors.
What you'll do
- Management and follow-up of international clients and distributors.
- Regular customer service and relationship management.
- Management of offers, orders, and commercial documentation.
- Coordination with other departments to ensure good customer service.
- Follow-up on incidents and customer needs.
- Identification of new opportunities within the existing portfolio.
- Providing a more proactive and commercial vision to the team's day-to-day operations.
How you'll work
- Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 h and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00 h.
