Requirements

What we're looking for

• Higher Degree in Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Automation and Robotics, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or similar.

• Demonstrable experience in industrial maintenance departments.

• Solid knowledge of industrial electricity and mechanics.

• Ability to interpret electrical schematics.

• Knowledge of variable speed drives and DC and AC motors.

• Ability to interpret PLC programs.

• Committed, autonomous, decisive person with a clear focus on industrial maintenance.

Nice to have

• Experience in automated industrial environments.

• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.

• Previous experience participating in production process optimization projects.

The role

At Marlex People, we collaborate with an industrial company located in Manresa that is looking to hire an Industrial Maintenance Electromechanical Technician to strengthen its maintenance team.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the plant's electrical and mechanical equipment and installations, actively participating in preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as in continuous improvement projects for production processes.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the plant's electrical and mechanical equipment and installations.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults, minimizing downtime and ensuring production continuity.

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance plans.

• Interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation to facilitate diagnosis and intervention on equipment.

• Perform interventions and adjustments on industrial motors and electrical systems.

• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing production processes.

• Apply Lean methodologies to improve the efficiency and performance of processes and installations.

• Collaborate with the maintenance and production team to ensure the proper operation of the plant.
