Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator machining aluminum parts.
Advanced knowledge of CNC programming with Fagor and Heidenhain controls.
Knowledge of process optimization and technical troubleshooting.
Proficiency in using measuring and inspection tools.
Ability to interpret drawings and geometric tolerances.
Self-sufficient, proactive, and team-oriented individual.
Own vehicle to access the workplace.
Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

Nice to have

Certification in CNC programming is a plus.

We are looking for a CNC Milling Machine Operator with experience in programming and machining aluminum parts to join an established and growing company in the industrial sector.

What you'll do

Programming and operating CNC milling machines with Fagor and Heidenhain controls.
Machining aluminum parts in short and medium production runs.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation related to the machining process.
Adjusting programming parameters, cutting tools, and speeds to optimize production.
Quality control of parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges.
Detecting and resolving technical issues during the machining process.
Performing basic preventive maintenance on machinery and tools.
Complying with safety, quality, and productivity regulations.
