Handler

Perform handling, packaging, labeling, and packing tasks for cosmetic products, ensuring compliance with established quality, hygiene, and safety standards, as well as the correct operation of the production line.

• Manual or semi-automatic filling of containers with cosmetic products such as creams, lotions, gels, etc.
• Checking the correct sealing of containers using caps, dispensers, valves, or other systems.
• Verification of the cleanliness and correct condition of the containers before filling.
• Precise placement of labels manually or via machinery.
• Checking that labels are correct and correctly positioned, verifying data such as INCI, batch number, and expiration date.
• Packing finished products into boxes according to the established format.
• Preparation and stacking of boxes on pallets for subsequent dispatch.
• Detection of possible defects in containers, filling errors, leaks, or labeling incidents.
• Removal of non-conforming products from the production line.
• Communication of any incident to the corresponding supervisor.
• Maintenance of a clean and orderly workstation.
• Cleaning of tools, surfaces, and light machinery following established protocols.
• Compliance with hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) applicable to the cosmetic sector.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE): gloves, lab coat, hairnet, and mask where appropriate.
• Compliance with personal hygiene protocols.
• Following established procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
• Collaboration in the assembly and adjustment of the line during product or format changes.
• Preparation of the materials necessary for production changes, such as containers, labels, and leaflets.

• Contract: long-term temporary.
• Schedule: weekly rotating:
  • Morning shift
  • Afternoon shift
  • Night shift
• Rotation: weekly, from Monday to Friday.
• Salary: €11.25 gross/hour.
• Night hour: €13.08 gross/hour.
