Marine Mechanic

From a well-established company in the nautical sector in Empuriabrava, we are looking for an experienced Marine Mechanic to join the technical team with a clear goal of internal development toward a future Workshop Manager position.

We are looking for a committed, resourceful person with a desire to take on responsibilities, who wants to grow professionally within a stable and promising project.

• Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of inboard and outboard engines (gasoline and diesel) from brands such as Volvo, Mercruiser, Suzuki, Mercury, Yamaha, Yanmar, among others.
• Repair and maintenance of electrical and hydraulic systems on boats.
• Assembly of engines and accessories on new boats.
• Repair and maintenance of recreational boats up to 15 meters.
• General workshop tasks and technical support.
• Occasional outings for external repairs, boat deliveries, and trade show setups.
• Progressive coordination of tasks and support for workshop organization.
• Active participation in the management and coordination of the technical team with internal training to progress toward a position of responsibility.

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar positions within the nautical sector.
• Responsible, organized person with leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license (B).
• Availability and flexible hours during the summer season.

• Nautical certification.
• B+E trailer license.
• Knowledge of digital diagnostics (Vodia, G3, etc.).
• Technical training with Volvo Penta, Mercruiser, Suzuki, or Yamaha.
• Knowledge of French and understanding of English.
• Experience in fiberglass repair and gelcoat painting.

• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

• Diagnòstic, reparació i manteniment de motors dins i fora borda (gasolina i dièsel) de marques com Volvo, Mercruiser, Suzuki, Mercury, Yamaha, Yanmar, entre altres.
• Reparació d'instal·lacions elèctriques i hidràuliques d'embarcacions.
• Muntatge de motors i accessoris en embarcacions noves.
• Reparació i manteniment d'embarcacions d'esbarjo de fins a 15 metres.
• Tasques generals de taller i suport tècnic.
• Sortides puntuals per reparacions externes, entregues d'embarcacions i muntatge de fires.
• Coordinació progressiva de tasques i suport a l'organització del taller.
• Participació activa en la gestió i coordinació de l'equip tècnic amb formació interna per evolucionar cap a una posició de responsabilitat.

• Experiència mínima de 3-4 anys en posicions similars dins del sector nàutic.
• Persona responsable, organitzada i amb capacitat de lideratge.
• Carnet de conduir B.
• Disponibilitat i flexibilitat horària durant temporada alta.

• Titulació nàutica.
• Carnet de remolc B+E.
• Coneixements de diagnosi digital (Vodia, G3, etc.).
• Formacions tècniques amb Volvo Penta, Mercruiser, Suzuki o Yamaha.
• Coneixements de francès i comprensió d'anglès.
• Experiència en reparació de fibra i pintura gelcoat.

• Contracte indefinit i projecte estable.
• Formació tècnica contínua.
• Pla de creixement intern real a Cap de Taller.
• Possibilitat d'assumir responsabilitats i coordinació d'equip.
• Bon ambient de treball i projecte consolidat al sector.

• Jornada de dilluns a divendres de 9h a 13h i de 14h a 18h.
• Alguns dissabtes al matí durant la temporada d'estiu.
