Machine Operator

• Previous experience as a machine operator, production operator, or in similar positions within industrial environments.
• We will especially value experience in companies within the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or similar sectors.
• Ability to work with industrial machinery and follow established procedures.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
• Responsible, organized, dynamic person oriented towards achieving objectives.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a productive environment.

The selected person will join the production area, being responsible for the correct operation and control of the manufacturing machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with the production, quality, and safety standards established by the company.

• Preparation, startup, and shutdown of production machinery.
• Feeding and supplying the machines with the necessary raw materials.
• Supervision of the production process and control of the correct operation of the equipment.
• Adjustment of parameters and small regulations of the machinery.
• Detection and communication of possible incidents or anomalies during the process.
• Visual control of product quality and compliance with established standards.
• Carrying out format changes and adjustments when necessary.
• Cleaning and basic maintenance of the machinery and the workstation.
• Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures specific to the chemical sector.
• Recording of production controls and parameters.

Schedule: Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts
