The role

From Marlex Donosti, we are looking for a Commercial Delivery Driver who is responsible, autonomous, and customer-oriented to join a leading company in the sector. The selected candidate will be the face of the company in front of customers and will be responsible for ensuring punctual and high-quality delivery service.

What you'll do

Deliver products to assigned customers using a van, ensuring punctuality and the correct condition of the goods.
Organize and follow established routes, taking into account traffic conditions, access points, and stops in the area.
Manage collections for deliveries and follow up on potential unpaid invoices.
Provide warm, professional customer service, especially to hospitality establishments.
Resolve basic issues during deliveries and relay necessary information to the company.
Represent the company's image during customer visits, maintaining a professional and service-oriented attitude.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of experience in van delivery, commercial distribution, and/or logistics.
Advanced knowledge of Basque.
B driving license valid and in force.
Knowledge of the Donostialdea, Tolosaldea, and Goierri areas.
Good presentation and excellent social and communication skills.
Responsible, autonomous, organized, and proactive individual.
Customer orientation and service vocation.
Immediate availability to start.
