Customer Service Technician - English & German

If you have experience in Customer Service within industrial environments, you know the Order to Cash process and you have a good level of English and German, this could be your opportunity!

· Minimum experience of approximately 2 years in Customer Service, Customer Care, Commercial Back Office or similar.

· Experience managing Order to Cash processes and the complete order cycle.

· Previous experience in B2B industrial environments, highly valued.

· Knowledge of customs documentation and international transport.

· Experience working with ERP, especially Navision / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or SAP.

· English and German, necessary for the position.

· Organized, proactive profile, customer-oriented and with the capacity to manage incidents and priorities.

· Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration and Finance, International Trade, Commercial Management or similar is valued.

· Joining an industrial company with international operations.

· Salary according to experience and suitability for the position.

· Flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday, working an 8 h 15 min day, with entry between 7:00 and 9:00 h and exit depending on the entry time and the break taken.

· Fridays from 7:00 to 13:30 h.

· On-site position.

· Joining a structured Customer Care team with transversal contact with different departments of the company.

We collaborate with a consolidated industrial company specializing in the design and manufacture of medical and healthcare equipment, with a long track record in the market and an international presence. The company develops and manufactures its own dental treatment units and equipment, marketing its solutions in different international markets.

Currently, they are looking to incorporate a Customer Service Technician - English and German to reinforce their Commercial Department and provide support to their national and international client portfolio.

You will be part of the Customer Care area, being responsible for the integral management of the customer and the monitoring of the order during the entire Order to Cash process, from its entry to delivery.

You will act as the regular interlocutor between the customer and the company, coordinating with different departments to guarantee agile service and resolve possible incidents.

· Manage the complete order cycle, from its entry to delivery to the customer.

· Monitor orders, deadlines, and availability.

· Attend to national and international customers by telephone and email.

· Manage and resolve incidents, claims, and inquiries.

· Coordinate national and international transport.

· Manage commercial, administrative, and customs documentation.

· Keep customer and order information updated in ERP/CRM.

· Coordinate with the different internal departments involved in the operation.

· Guarantee correct communication and customer follow-up throughout the entire process.
