Purchasing and Commercial Management Technician

At least 2 years of experience in purchasing positions, internal commercial management, or material distribution.

Proficiency in Excel and the Office suite.

Experience with SAP, AX, or other management systems.

Organized person, with negotiation capacity, customer orientation, and communication skills.

Valuable experience in the industrial sector (pipes, valves, pumps, etc.).

Valuable intermediate level English.

From Marlex, a company specialized in talent management, we are selecting a Purchasing and Commercial Management Technician to join a large company in the metal sector, located in Abanto-Zierbena.

We are looking for a profile with experience in industrial environments who wants to develop a dynamic and transversal position, acting as a link between customers, suppliers, and the different areas of the company.

Preparation and management of commercial offers.

Negotiation of conditions with customers and suppliers.

Management of purchases, orders, and supplies.

Review and management of purchase and sale contracts.

Monitoring of orders, delivery deadlines, and resolution of incidents and claims.

Management of technical and quality documentation from customers and suppliers.

Preparation and monitoring of commercial files.

Schedule: 8:30 to 18:30 h
