What you'll do
·Collaborate in the identification and specification of the maintenance needs of the facilities.
·Ensure that all systems and facilities -including plumbing, lighting, air conditioning, and other building services- function correctly and are periodically reviewed and tested.
·Check the correct functioning and state of the facilities before the arrival of students: air conditioning, lighting, doors, and access points.
·Perform small maintenance tasks and repairs: Changing taps, resolving simple plumbing issues, basic electrical issues, such as tripped circuit breakers.
