What you'll do

We are looking for an Industrial Instrumentation and Valve Technician for a leading company specializing in control valves and instrumentation. The position combines workshop assembly work, virtual technical support, and on-site support at client companies in the industrial sector (chemical, pharmaceutical, etc.) at both national and international levels.

  • Commissioning, installation, and calibration of control valves and actuators.
  • Diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electronic faults.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Technical advice to clients, identifying improvements in their facilities and production processes.
  • Travel to client companies, mainly at the regional level and occasionally at the national and/or international level.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Training in Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics, or similar (Higher-Level Vocational Training).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field technical service or valve/instrumentation maintenance.
  • Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and electricity.
  • Technical English.
  • Availability to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.
  • Experience with SAMSON equipment (TROVIS positioners) will be valued.
  • Training in industrial safety and ATEX environments.
