The role

From Marlex, we are collaborating with an important company specialized in the design and manufacture of hydraulic cylinders, located in Dueñas (Palencia), which is currently looking for a Lathe Operator.

What will your mission be in the company?

What you'll do

· Operate and handle CNC lathes (Fanuc/ Mazak or others similar).

· Perform machining adjustments and tool changes.

· Modify existing CNC programs according to production needs.

· Interpret technical drawings and control measurements and tolerances.

· Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with deadlines.

How you'll work

· Initial hiring for THREE MONTHS through Marlex (ETT), with the possibility of continuity.

· Full-time Monday-Friday on a ROTATING shift of morning (6h-14h) and afternoon (14h-22:15h)
