Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 8-15 years of experience in product management and product ownership, with end-to-end roadmap accountability

  • A strategic, commercial mindset - able to connect a product decision to its business return, not just its technical scope

  • Strong problem-solving ability: conceptual and analytical, comfortable holding several priorities at once and making clear trade-off calls

  • Experience managing and developing a product team

  • Comfortable working closely with Sales, Services and Engineering, keeping every decision anchored to the wider strategy

  • Experience with Agile delivery frameworks

Nice to have

  • Experience in tax technology, compliance, ERP, fintech or regtech

The role

Marosa is a fast-growing leader in VAT compliance and e-invoicing technology, now part of Wolters Kluwer. As Product Lead, you will own the definition and execution of Marosa's product roadmap, working with senior leadership to translate market, regulatory and customer insight into priorities.

You are grounded in the business and act as the connective link between customers and the organisation.

What you'll do

  • Own the definition and execution of Marosa's product roadmap, aligning development activity with strategy

  • Understand market trends, regulatory change and the competitive landscape, and translate that insight into a roadmap

  • Work with Marosa's tax and compliance experts to keep the roadmap ahead of regulatory deadlines

  • Make the trade-off calls between speed, scope and long-term platform health

  • Bring priorities from Sales, Customer Success and Engineering together into a roadmap that reflects Marosa's strategy

  • Coordinate release plans and go-to-market activities across teams

  • Build a prioritisation framework the wider business can understand and trust

  • Act as the link between customers, commercial teams and product/engineering

  • Represent the voice of the customer in every roadmap decision

  • Feed customer, market and regulatory intelligence back into product strategy
