Junior Accounting Administrator

• Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or similar.
• Advanced Office.
• High level of English.

We are looking for an accounting clerk for our international financial HUB located in El Prat de Llobregat- Barcelona. Your main mission will be to manage the accounting cycle and the accounting administrative processes of MediaMarkt stores to comply with legal regulations and the company's internal procedures.

• Support in the management and filing of administrative and accounting documentation.
• Recording and accounting of supplier and customer invoices.
• Bank reconciliations and review of transactions.
• Support in the preparation of taxes and accounting closings.
• Phone support and email management.
• Control and monitoring of payments and collections.
• Updating databases and maintenance of records.
• Support in other administrative tasks of the department.
