🏭 Industrial/agri-food sector

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated company in the industrial/agri-food sector, with an international presence, which is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk to reinforce its finance department.

What you'll do

You will be part of the finance department, providing support in the accounting and administrative management of the company's day-to-day operations.

The position combines tasks of accounts payable, invoicing, reception, travel management, and administrative support to the department.

Review and approval of supplier invoices.
Recording of purchase invoices using the company's ERP.
Recording of operations in financial and analytical accounting.
Management of invoice approvals with the corresponding managers.
Telephone handling of internal and external lines.
Management of parcels and courier services
Management and issuance of travel, transfer, and accommodation bookings for internal and external personnel.
Organization and logistics of meetings.
Support in other administrative and accounting tasks of the department according to day-to-day needs.

How you'll work

🏠 Hybrid model: 3 days on-site + 2 days remote work

What are we looking for?

Minimum training: Higher Degree in Administration and Finance.
At least 3 years of experience performing similar functions.
Accounting knowledge.
Advanced level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Native Catalan and Spanish speakers.
Intermediate level English will be highly valued.
Proactive, organized, and resourceful person with good communication skills.
Having a residence near Palau-solità i Plegamans will be positively valued.
