The role

What you'll do

Actively participate in the diagnosis, optimization, and standardization of warehouse flows, identifying bottlenecks and designing the necessary KPIs to improve operational quality, reduce cycle times, and eliminate errors.

  • Logistics Process Mapping: Diagnose and document current flows for inbound, storage, picking/packing, and goods dispatch.
  • Development of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures): Draft clear work guides and standardized procedures for the operations team and the logistics operator.
  • Quality and Capacity Control: Help define and implement indicators for productivity, occupancy, preparation times, and error rates.
  • Continuous Optimization: Analyze operational inefficiencies and propose improvements in layout and preparation dynamics.
  • Documentary Basis for Negotiation: Generate the necessary documentary and technical basis for the renegotiation of rates and service level agreements with the operator.
