What you'll do

At Casa de las Artes Meliá Collection, every detail tells a story. For this reason, we are looking for an Assistant F&B Manager passionate about service excellence, with an operational vision and leadership drive, who can elevate every dining experience and inspire our teams to exceed our guests' expectations.

  • Manage and control the P&L and compliance with the CO budget and KPIs.

  • EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
    • University degree, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality, or similar.
  • LANGUAGES:
    • Native Spanish and Advanced English. A third language will be highly valued.
  • SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
    • Knowledge of the kitchen area.
    • Knowledge of REVO and POS management.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge of hotel operations.

  • EXPERIENCE:
