MISSION: Support the Housekeeping team in the organization and delivery of supplies and materials to streamline daily work, as well as report any defects to the immediate supervisor.

FUNCTIONS:

• Check room supplies and replenish missing items, following the standards.
• Maintain regular communication with the room attendants and with the other departments.
• Address the needs or concerns of guests.
• Provide materials to the housekeepers or to guests, such as pillows, duvets, and bedspreads.
• Keep the guest room hallways clean and tidy.
• Prepare the housekeeping closets with the necessary supplies and keep them organized according to daily needs.
• Check for any technical or safety issues in the room and report them to maintenance.

REMEMBER: Before submitting your application, you must inform your direct supervisor and/or Hotel Director, and your Human Resources manager of your interest in participating in the internal selection process. Your line manager will not have the authority to authorize or block the submission of an application, but they must be duly informed.

• 1 year of experience working in a similar position in the hospitality or cleaning sector.
• Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Hygiene and safety rules and standards.
• Organization and efficiency techniques.
• Service-oriented.

MISIÓN: Apoyar al equipo de Housekeeping en el orden y entrega de suministros y materiales para agilizar así el trabajo diario, así como de reportar algún desperfecto de estas a su superior inmediato.

FUNCIONES:

• Comprobar los suministros de las habitaciones y reponer artículos faltantes, siguiendo los estándares.
• Mantener una comunicación regular con las camareras de pisos y con el resto de departamentos.
• Atender las necesidades o inquietudes los clientes.
• Proporcionar material a las housekeeper o a los clientes, como por ejemplo almohadas, cunas,edredones.
• Mantener los pasillos de las habitaciones de los clientes limpios y ordenados.
• Preparar con los suministros necesarios los offices, mantenerlos según las necesidades diarias.
• Comprobar si hay problemas técnicos o de seguridad en la habitación e informar de ellos a mantenimiento.

RECUERDA: Antes de presentar tu candidatura, deberás informar de tu interés por participar en el proceso de selección interno a tu responsable directo y/o Director/a de Hotel, y tu responsable de Recursos Humanos. Tu responsable jerárquico no tendrá la potestad de autorizar ni tampoco de frenar la presentación de una candidatura, pero sí deberá estar debidamente informado.

• 1 año de experiencia trabajando en puesto similar en el sector hotelero o de limpieza.
• Conocimientos de operativa hotelera.
• Conocimientos de procedimientos de limpieza.
• Normas y estándares de higiene y seguridad.
• Técnicas de organización y eficiencia.
• Vocación de servicio.
