MISSION: Support the Housekeeping team in the organization and delivery of supplies and materials to streamline daily work, as well as report any defects to the immediate supervisor.

What you'll do


FUNCTIONS:

  • Check room supplies and replenish missing items, following the standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with the room attendants and with the other departments.
  • Address the needs or concerns of guests.
  • Provide materials to the housekeepers or to guests, such as pillows, duvets, and bedspreads.
  • Keep the guest room hallways clean and tidy.
  • Prepare the housekeeping closets with the necessary supplies and keep them organized according to daily needs.
  • Check for any technical or safety issues in the room and report them to maintenance.
