What you'll do

· Conduct financial, process, and procedural audits in Business Units and Corporate Offices, primarily in Spain and EMEA

· Conduct audits of financial information (ICFR) and non-financial information (NFI)

· Identify business risks during internal audits

· Evaluate the controls implemented at the audited site/process

· Work with data to detect patterns, incidents, duplications, or anomalies

· Collaborate on dashboards, automations, and continuous audit testing

· Propose appropriate recommendations to mitigate risks

· Follow up on the status of audit results

· Propose improvements to the audit function

· Stay up to date with applicable regulations and standards

What are we looking for?

· 2-3 years of previous experience in internal or external audits

· Analytical skills for data handling, querying - database management and visualization

· University degree. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, double degree in Law and Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, Statistics

· Availability to travel approximately 50% of working time

· High level of Spanish and English

· Commitment to living in Palma/Madrid

Additionally, the following will be valued:

· Knowledge and/or experience in using data analysis and visualization tools (ACL or similar, MySQL, PowerBI)

· Knowledge and/or experience with audit management software and advanced accounting knowledge

· Functional knowledge of tourism operations and IT tools used in hotel management (PMS, SAP systems)

· Knowledge of ESG (environmental, social, governance), knowledge of other applicable laws or standards (PCI, GDPR...)

· Computer skills, Microsoft Office package, cybersecurity, etc.
