What will your mission be?

Assist guests with the handling of luggage for guests arriving at and departing from the hotel, ensuring the safety and security of said luggage while it is on the hotel premises. Ensure that guest messages and mail are delivered in accordance with established standards.

• Maintain constant communication with the reception team to stay informed about guest arrivals, large groups, and VIP guests.
• Greet all guests with professionalism and friendliness, assisting with the handling of their luggage.
• Collaborate with the reception team to handle and tag guests' belongings carefully, avoiding loss and damage.
• Manage transport requests, taxis, and mobility services.
• Perform valet parking services when necessary.
• Maintain an organized departure schedule, ensuring that guests' suitcases are collected and stored safely in the reception area, ready for their departure.
• Assist guests with suitcases from vehicles and taxis and transport them to the hotel.
• Register any lost or abandoned luggage, help locate the owners of the suitcases, and attempt to return them to the correct guest address as soon as possible.
• Greet all guests and customers with a cordial smile.
• Assist with the transport of other items that may need to be delivered, such as supplies and other objects.
• Help guests with inquiries about lost luggage or misplaced items.

• Valid type B driver's license.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Asistir a los huéspedes con respecto al manejo del equipaje de los huéspedes que llegan y se van del hotel, asegurar la seguridad y protección de dicho equipaje mientras esté en las instalaciones del hotel. Garantizar que los mensajes y el correo de los huéspedes sean entregados de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos.

• Mantener una comunicación constante con el equipo de recepción para estar informado sobre la llegada de huéspedes, grandes grupos y huéspedes Vips
• Recibir a todos los huéspedes con profesionalidad y amabilidad, asistiendo con el manejo de su equipaje.
• Colaborar con el equipo de recepción para manejar y etiquetar etiquetar las pertenencias de los huéspedes cuidadosamente evitando perdidas y destrozos.
• Gestionar solicitudes de transporte, taxis y servicios de movilidad.
• Realizar servicios de aparcacoches (valet parking) cuando sea necesario.
• Mantener un horario de salida organizado, asegurando que las maletas de los huéspedes sean recogidas y almacenadas de manera segura en la zona de recepción, listas para su salida.
• Asistir a los huéspedes con maletas de los vehículos, taxis y trasladarlas al hotel.
• Registrar cualquier equipaje perdido o abandonado, ayudar a localizar a los propietarios de las maletas e intentar devolverlas a la dirección correcta de los huéspedes lo más pronto posible.
• Recibir a todos los huéspedes y clientes con una sonrisa cordial.
• Asistir con el transporte de otros artículos que puedan necesitar ser entregados, como suministros y otros objetos.
• Ayudar a los huéspedes con consultas sobre equipajes perdidos u objetos extraviados.
