About the role

What will your mission be?

Assist guests with the handling of luggage for guests arriving at and departing from the hotel, ensuring the safety and security of said luggage while it is on the hotel premises. Ensure that guest messages and mail are delivered in accordance with established standards.

What you'll do

  • Greet all guests and customers with a cordial smile.
  • Assist with the transport of other items that may need to be delivered, such as supplies and other objects.
