Are you passionate about the world of Food & Beverage and do you want to be part of the strategy behind some of the most exclusive concepts in the hospitality sector?

We are looking for an F&B Strategy Intern with curiosity, an analytical mindset and an eye for detail to support the development and optimization of the dining experience in our Luxury & Premium portfolio.

You will work hand in hand with the team on strategic and operational projects, taking part in initiatives that directly impact profitability, positioning and the customer experience.

• You will take part in the implementation of the global F&B strategy.
• You will analyze key KPIs (revenue, costs, customer experience) and identify opportunities for improvement.
• You will collaborate on feasibility studies and new culinary projects.
• You will research trends, innovative concepts and industry best practices.
• You will support monthly performance tracking and reporting (P&L, performance).
• You will provide support in updating standards and operational manuals.
• You will take part in audits and in monitoring action plans.
• You will contribute to improving the customer experience at our F&B assets.
• You will support the evolution of beverage menus (cocktails, wines, coffee, low/no alcohol).
• You will research trends in mixology and consumption.
• You will collaborate on cost analysis and pricing strategies.
• You will be part of the development of new F&B concepts.
• You will take part in pre-opening processes.
• You will collaborate with Operations, Brand and Design teams.
• You will support the review of digital F&B content.
• You will collaborate on campaigns and activations.
• You will track the impact of commercial initiatives.
• You will take part in sustainability initiatives (local products, waste reduction).
• You will research responsible trends in F&B.

• Apoyarás en la evolución de cartas de bebidas (cocktails, vinos, café, low/no alcohol).
• Investigarás tendencias en mixología y consumo.
• Colaborarás en análisis de costes y estrategias de pricing.
• Formarás parte del desarrollo de nuevos conceptos F&B.
• Participarás en procesos de preapertura.
• Colaborarás con equipos de Operaciones, Marca y Diseño.
• Apoyarás en la revisión de contenidos digitales F&B.
• Colaborarás en campañas y activaciones.
• Harás seguimiento del impacto de iniciativas comerciales.
• Participarás en iniciativas de sostenibilidad (producto local, reducción de desperdicio).
• Investigarás tendencias responsables en F&B.
