Site Facilities Manager - Valencia/València

-Collect improvement proposals for the facilities of our properties, especially in industrial refrigeration and air conditioning.

-Search for and analyze different alternatives to find the most efficient solutions.

-Organize and supervise tests and trials in the laboratory, subsequently analyzing their results.

-Define and draft standardized criteria and solutions to apply across the entire chain.

-Prepare technical reports with the conclusions and results obtained.

It is essential to hold one of the following qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, electrical or mechanical specialisation (with a fluid dynamics branch) + Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.

-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

Annual gross salary

Experience working on the development of technical criteria for facilities and their verification.

Experience in work focused on HVAC and industrial refrigeration is a plus.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Proficiency in facilities calculation software is a plus.

Leadership and communication skills.

Driving licence and own vehicle.

Availability to travel and relocate nationwide.

Imprescindible contar con alguna de las siguientes titulaciones:

-Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, especialidad eléctrica o mecánica (con rama de dinámica de fluidos) + Máster en Ingeniería Industrial.

-Grado en Ingeniería Mecánica

-Grado en Ingeniería Eléctrica

Experiencia trabajando en el desarrollo de criterios técnicos de instalaciones y contrastación de los mismos.

Valorable experiencia en trabajos dirigidos a climatización y frío industrial.

Dominio de AutoCAD.

Valorable dominio en programa de cálculo de instalaciones.

Liderazgo y capacidad de comunicación.

Carné de conducir y vehículo propio.

Disponibilidad para viajar y desplazarse a nivel nacional.
