The role

Job description

Do you have experience in designing installation projects and managing construction work? If you are passionate about technical design and want to be part of highly complex projects for hotels and luxury residential buildings, this offer is for you.

At Estel, a company specialized in comprehensive installations (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, telecommunications and trigeneration) for hotel, premium residential and highly complex projects, we are looking to add a Project Engineer to our Valencia team.

Main responsibilities

Construction management and site visits
Material breakdown and itemization
Preparation of technical bids
Design of electrical, mechanical and telecommunications installation projects
Design of installation projects for hotels and luxury residential buildings
Direct contact with national and international distributors and clients

Requirements

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in installation project design
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Results-oriented mindset and analytical skills
Good communication skills and proactivity
Disability certificate of 33% or higher (valuable, in accordance with current regulations)

Will be valued

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering
Experience in international project design
Change management and decision-making skills
