At Mercedes-Benz Vitoria, we are looking to hire, on a permanent basis, a Logistics Operator Management Coordinator for the VAN/OVS/PLS Materials Logistics Department. An opportunity to assume a strategic role in the plant's production continuity, leading the coordination of operators and contributing to the transformation of our logistics processes.

We are looking for a person with leadership capacity, operational vision, analytical skills, and an orientation toward continuous improvement to assume responsibility for the integral management of the logistics operators participating in the supply processes to production, both inside and outside the factory.

The position will have a key role in the coordination of operational teams, the management of logistics providers, ensuring compliance with service levels and efficiency objectives, problem-solving, and the evolution of our logistics processes in a highly dynamic and demanding environment. Likewise, it will represent the sector in strategic transformation projects and industrial launches.

Main responsibilities

· Lead and develop the team responsible for the monitoring and supervision of logistics operators.

· Guarantee the correct supply of materials to the production lines.

· Manage the performance of logistics operators through KPIs, SLAs, and improvement plans.

· Coordinate the resolution of critical incidents and promote the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

· Represent the sector in strategic factory projects and industrial launches.

· Drive initiatives for efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.

· Manage central projects, together with other Group plants and corporate areas.
