The role
🎯The role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our store located at Ctra. Manresa Km 7 de Sant Fruitós de Bages (Barcelona), for 15 hours per week.
You will be part of a dynamic, results-oriented team, contributing to making every customer visit a pleasant experience.
What you'll do
📋 Your key responsibilities
Attend, advise, and build loyalty with our customers.
Drive sales by monitoring KPIs (average ticket, UPT, conversion).
Care for the store: replenishment, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
Manage stock: reception, labeling, and replenishment on the sales floor.
Cashier operations and opening, balancing, and closing procedures.

Position: Footwear, accessories, and complements Sales Assistant.
Store: Merkal Sant Fruitós de Bages (Ctra. Manresa Km 7)
Working days: 15 hours per week.
Schedules: from Tuesday to Friday from 10:30 to 13:30 and rotating Saturdays (one Saturday from 11:00 to 14:00 and another from 17:30 to 20:30)
Contract: permanent.
Compensation: fixed salary according to collective agreement + variable based on store objectives.
