Data and Generative AI Architect

Essential requirements

• Solid experience in technological and data solution architecture.
• Advanced knowledge in LLM agent architecture: multi-agent systems, orchestration, prompt design, context management, and integration patterns.
• Experience with AWS Glue, PySpark, and AWS data architecture services.
• Knowledge of AI governance, traceability, access control, responsible consumption, and observability of solutions based on generative models.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, maintainable solutions prepared for production environments.
• Communication skills to coordinate technical teams and convey architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

The following will be positively valued

• More than 8 years of experience in solution, data, or platform architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing LLM or generative AI solutions in production.
• Experience in technical leadership of teams of four or more people.
• Participation in modernization or migration initiatives of data platforms.
• Knowledge of Informatica ETL and/or Informatica BDM.
• Experience with evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement practices for LLM-based systems.

At Metrica, we are looking to incorporate an experienced Data and Generative Artificial Intelligence Architect to design, lead, and evolve solutions based on LLMs and data platforms in AWS.

The position is aimed at profiles with strategic vision and solid technical capacity, capable of defining scalable, secure, and governed architectures for generative AI use cases in production. The selected person will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, lead technical decisions, and contribute to the modernization of data platforms.

Main duties

• Design architectures for LLM-based agents, including multi-agent approaches, orchestration, prompt management, and context.
• Define integration patterns between generative AI solutions, data sources, APIs, and corporate systems.
• Design and evolve data architectures in AWS, focusing on processing, quality, security, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and supervise data processes with AWS Glue and PySpark.
• Establish mechanisms for governance, responsible consumption, observability, and traceability of AI solutions.
• Define technical standards for the management of models, prompts, context data, evaluations, and response quality control.
• Technically lead development and data teams, providing guidance, design reviews, and best practices.
• Participate in the modernization and transformation of existing data platforms.
• Collaborate with business, data, security, and development teams to translate functional needs into robust and sustainable solutions.
• Document architectures, technical decisions, data flows, and operating models.
