Business Analyst - Camunda

Essential requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar Business Analyst positions.
• Experience in the analysis and definition of business processes.
• Knowledge of financial instruments.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum English level C1, both oral and written.

At Metrica, we are looking to hire a Business Analyst with experience in business analysis, financial processes, and Agile methodologies to participate in an international process orchestration project based on Camunda 8.

The selected person will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining and documenting processes, collaborating with technical and functional teams, and ensuring that the developed solutions respond to the operational and strategic objectives of the area.

Main duties

• Analyze, collect, and document functional and business requirements.
• Participate in the definition, modeling, and improvement of business processes for their orchestration with Camunda 8.
• Collaborate with technical teams, functional teams, and international stakeholders.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, functional documentation, and process diagrams.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Facilitate work sessions, refinement, and requirement validation.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Manage and maintain the traceability of requirements and tasks using Jira and Confluence.
• Support the functional testing, validation, and production deployment phases of the solutions.
