We are looking for a professional with a transversal vision of technological environments, without the need for deep specialization in every area, but with solid knowledge in the following areas:

• Operating Systems Administration: Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Networking: Understanding of networking concepts, including VPN, firewalls, load balancers, and general connectivity.
• Virtualization: Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Cloud Environments: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, and their role in business continuity.
• Monitoring and Alerts: Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana) and alert management. Ability to interpret data, analyze the impact of incidents, and coordinate the technical response.
• Incident Management: Experience with ticketing tools, especially Service Now, for incident tracking and resolution.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, negotiation ability, teamwork, and customer orientation.
• Business Vision: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical resilience and continuity requirements.

As a business consultant specialized in continuity and operational resilience, your main mission will be to design, implement, and maintain strategies that ensure minimal disruption to our clients' critical operations in the face of any eventuality. This implies a deep understanding of business processes and how the underlying IT infrastructure supports them, as well as the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

• Analysis and assessment of operational and business continuity risks.
• Development and implementation of business continuity plans (BCP) and disaster recovery plans (DRP).
• Coordination with technical teams to ensure the alignment of resilience solutions with business requirements.
• Incident management, including alert interpretation, impact analysis, and coordination of response actions.
• Conducting tests and simulations of continuity and recovery plans.
• Advising clients on best practices in operational resilience and business continuity.
• Documentation of procedures, policies, and test results.
• Participation in transformation and continuous improvement projects for continuity services.
