• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of solid and demonstrable professional experience in full-stack web application development using NodeJS, React, and MongoDB.
• Non-Relational Databases: Deep experience in the management and optimization of NoSQL databases, with a particular focus on MongoDB.
• Version Control: Familiarity and practical experience with version control systems, especially Git, including collaborative workflows (Gitflow, etc.).
• Backend Development (NodeJS): Solid knowledge of NodeJS, including its package ecosystem (NPM/Yarn), frameworks such as Express.js, and asynchronous development principles.
• Frontend Development (React): Mastery of the React framework, including its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand or other state management solutions), and principles of developing interactive and efficient user interfaces.
• RESTful APIs: Experience in the design and implementation of secure and efficient RESTful APIs.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capacity, with the ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in performance testing and optimization.
• Familiarity with other databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Knowledge of TypeScript.

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using NodeJS technologies in the backend, the React framework for the frontend, and MongoDB as the primary database.
• Architecture and Design: Actively participate in the architectural design of solutions, ensuring the application of development best practices and design patterns established in the industry.
• Collaboration and Requirements: Work closely with the development team, product managers, and stakeholders to thoroughly understand project requirements and guarantee the successful delivery of functionalities within established deadlines.
• Software Quality: Implement and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to guarantee maximum quality, performance, and reliability of the developed code. Perform debugging and incident resolution efficiently.
