• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in roles related to project management, data governance, advanced analytics, or AI governance.

• Technical Tools:

• Education: University degree in areas such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Complementary training in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2), data analytics, or Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Additional Technical Knowledge:
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Knowledge or experience with Copilot.
• Familiarity with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
• Key Concepts: Solid knowledge in AI Governance concepts, Responsible AI, and experience in managing AI use cases.

At Metrica España, we are looking for an AI Governance and Strategic Reporting Specialist with a transversal vision and proven management capability to join our team. This role is fundamental to ensure the correct implementation, monitoring, and optimization of our Artificial Intelligence initiatives, guaranteeing their alignment with the company's strategic objectives and compliance with the highest standards of governance and responsibility.

• Comprehensive Monitoring of AI Initiatives:
• Coordinate and execute the exhaustive monitoring of all Artificial Intelligence initiatives throughout their complete lifecycle.
• Guarantee the maximum quality of the information and data associated with each initiative.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage the risks inherent to each AI project.
• Ensure the correct application of AI governance processes and policies, promoting responsible and ethical AI.
• Strategic Reporting and Metrics:
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives and AI initiatives.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive and visually attractive dashboards.
• Generate periodic executive reports that provide clear and actionable insights for senior management.
• Facilitate strategic decision-making based on data and rigorous analysis.
• Transversal Project Management:
• Lead and coordinate projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Establish clear project plans, manage schedules, and ensure the achievement of milestones.
• Documentation and Continuous Improvement:
• Keep documentation regarding AI governance and initiative monitoring up to date.
• Propose and implement improvements in governance, monitoring, and reporting processes.

You will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision of AI initiatives, from their conception to their completion and evaluation. Your work will focus on ensuring data quality, risk mitigation, and the rigorous application of AI governance frameworks. Additionally, you will design and execute reporting and metrics strategies to facilitate informed decision-making at the executive level.
