What We Are Looking For...

• Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience in the design, development, and implementation of solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Power Platform Mastery: Deep knowledge and practical experience in:
• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows)
• Power BI (for data visualization and solution-related reporting)
• Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
• Power Pages
• Experience with Copilot and Generative AI: Specific experience in the implementation and configuration of Copilot Studio and in the application of generative AI concepts to solve business problems.
• Development and Architecture: Solid understanding of software design principles, application architectures, integration patterns, and databases (SQL, Dataverse).
• Integration Knowledge: Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and system integration strategies.
• Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to technically lead teams, communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Languages: Proficiency in Spanish. Knowledge of English will be valued.
• Education: University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or other Azure services.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments.

We are looking for an Expert Engineer in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Agents with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic and growing team. You will be a key piece in the design, development, and implementation of advanced solutions that leverage the full potential of automation, artificial intelligence, and low-code platforms.

• Solution Design and Development: Lead the full application development lifecycle and workflows using Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Pages. Create robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions that meet business needs.
• Integrations and Architecture: Design and oversee solution architectures, ensuring seamless integration between Power Platform and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) through standard connectors, custom connectors, and APIs.
• Governance and Best Practices: Establish and maintain governance frameworks, coding standards, and best practices within the Power Platform to ensure the quality, security, and maintainability of solutions.
• Generative AI and Copilot: Explore, design, and implement innovative solutions using Copilot Studio and the generative AI capabilities integrated into Power Platform. Help our clients leverage artificial intelligence to automate complex tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance user experience.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members. Be a point of reference in the use of Power Platform and associated technologies, driving the adoption of new features and approaches.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate requirements into feasible technical solutions, and document functional and technical specifications.
• Project Management (Technical Aspects): Participate in the technical planning of projects, effort estimation, and progress tracking, ensuring successful delivery on time and in the proper manner.
• Optimization and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identify areas for improvement, and apply necessary optimizations. Provide technical support when required.
