The role

We need to bring on board a Senior Consultant specialized in the Microsoft AI ecosystem, with experience in Microsoft Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio, to participate in a project for the development and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions within a large-scale corporate environment.

The selected person will participate in the adoption of Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio across different regions and business areas, developing agents, providing user support, and collaborating on the migration and evolution of agents between platforms.

Likewise, they will participate in aspects of governance, administration, security, licensing and environment management, working together with business and technology areas to identify use cases and translate them into AI-based solutions.

Requirements

More than 2 years of professional experience in related positions.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Chat.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Demonstrable experience in the design, development and deployment of AI agents, especially through Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Experience in Prompt Engineering and design of conversational AI solutions.
Solid knowledge regarding governance, security, compliance, licensing and environment management within the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
Practical experience with Power Platform, including:
Power Apps.
Power Automate.
Dataverse.
Knowledge of Azure.
Experience providing support, guidance and training to users for the creation and adoption of agents.
