We are looking for an Expansion & Asset Management Specialist for assets to join the Operations team at our headquarters in Madrid. Below, we tell you all the details of the role:

Your mission will be to manage the company's assets, ensuring the growth and sustainability of the company in the short, medium, and long term.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities

You will identify and develop new market opportunities within the national scope to increase the company's global presence.
You will participate in the planning and implementation of expansion plans, including the opening of new centers, platforms, depots, etc.
You will evaluate the feasibility of specific expansion projects, considering economic, logistical, and market factors, including risk analysis, asset maturities, etc.
You will negotiate terms and conditions with landlords and suppliers to ensure the best locations and conditions for new establishments.

At an organizational level

You will report to the Multichannel Network Transformation Directorate.
